I would like to give my full endorsement to Farmkeeper software. I have been using Farmkeeper for approximately 2 months and having tried software from other companies I have found that the ease of use of this software makes it far superior to the other programs I have tried.
Being a dairy farmer feed budgeting is a very important part of our operation and the feed budgeting module in this program is very user friendly and the data that is already included is very helpful and makes the job of feed budgeting much more simple. The mapping system I have found to be the easiest I have drawn with and the ability to draw both permanent and temporary fences and instantly know the size of paddocks and breaks is very useful. When doing the weekly farm walks using the Palm version of the program it makes the job easier by not having to carry paper with me and then not having to worry about losing them. When finished simply hotsync and the information is there to use.
I also like to be able to record fertiliser, grazing history and growth rates and Farmkeeper gives me the ability to doing this and more.
All in all I would have to say this is the pick of all the farm software programs available that I have tried and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is wanting to keep quality records of their farming business and is looking for a program that combines ease of use and functionality.

I think FarmKeeper is a great program. The combination of aerial photo and GPS for the changes and new fences worked well to get the farm mapped initially.
We are now in the process of identifying with our ageing father were tiled drains and water mains have been laid so they will be recorded for the future.

Getting a backup of FarmKeeper every month gives me an insight in how the farm is going. For example I can compare the grass growth with the production information from Fencepost to get a picture of the pasture production on the farm.

We originally purchased Farmkeeper as a proactive mapping tool for our 3500 acre mixed farming property then found out It can do much more.

Farmkeeper is a very versatile recordkeeping and management tool as well as an excellent mapping program and we now use it for most of the general farm records. Sheep and cattle numbers, fertiliser histories and cropping are all recorded in Farmkeeper.

It is cost effective very easy to use and I would recommend it to anyone.

When I saw FarmKeeper advertised I wondered how useful it could possibly be, given that it was so much cheaper than competing products. However, once I had the demo disk I was convinced and have never regretted the decision to buy.

I find it extremely reliable and so, so easy to use. In particular the ability to redraw fencelines, permanent or temporary, and instantly know the area, is of enormous help over the whole farming year. I like being able to store information about the paddock - its fertiliser, grazing and silage history, and growing performance in one place and to be able to display or print it easily, in map or report form.

It's sophisticated enough to aid management decisions but simple to use, and extremely good value for money with excellent help and support if needed.

I have no reservations about recommending this program to anyone managing and recording land use.

I have found personally that FarmKeeper has been easy and intuitive to use, and has been good for physical recording.

I am glad to endorse FarmKeeper as an exceptionally simple yet comprehensive farm, orchard and real estate mapping tool. I have now put dairy farms, kiwifruit orchards and coastal properties on to the system and can now assess many things in the virtual realm that are difficult or impossible to do on the ground.

I am just starting to get my paddock records into the system and in terms of record keeping and report generation this is going to be very useful. Particularly on the orchards where the customer requirement for traceability of spray fertilizer etc means that they need records of a very high degree.

FarmKeeper allows me to keep such records for each individual block as well as keep track of overall spray and fert usage.

We will also extend in the near future into the record keeping of all the other orchard activities i.e. pruning, mowing, irrigation, summer pruning, girdling and picking

Keep up the good work and development as well as your excellent technical support system.
